Important Notice — Beware of Fraudulent Emails and Unauthorized Transactions

by bynav

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,
In light of increasing incidents of email fraud and impersonation scams in the marketplace, Bynav would like to draw your attention to the following security reminders. Please read carefully and take appropriate precautions to protect your company and assets.

Key Security Guidelines

1. Official Email Domain
All genuine emails from Bynav will be sent from addresses ending in @bynav.com. If you receive any email purporting to be from Bynav but coming from a different domain (such as Gmail, Hotmail, or unknown domains), treat it with suspicion.

2. Impersonation by Fraudsters
We are aware that some fraudulent individuals or entities have been impersonating Bynav, offering products or services under our name, and sending fake invoices or contract documents. Please DO NOT trust unsolicited offers unless they can be fully verified.

3. Invoice & Payment Verification
Always ensure that you are paying to the bank account in China listed on our official invoice issued by Bynav. DO NOT rely on new or changed banking details sent by email unless verified. If you receive an invoice or payment instructions that differ from what you expect, please confirm by calling a known Bynav contact (using a phone number previously verified by you) before authorizing any payment.

4. Confirm Through Trusted Channels
If you are uncertain about the origin or legitimacy of an email or instruction, please contact us directly using contact information listed on our official website (www.bynav.com). DO NOT reply to or click on links in suspicious emails.

5. Be Alert to Red Flags
Some common warning signs of fraudulent or phishing emails include: Email addresses that are similar but slightly different from our official domain; Making transfers to countries or jurisdictions that are known to have a high incidence of financial-fraud risk; Urgent language demanding immediate payment; Requests for confidential or financial information; Unusual or incorrect logos, formatting, grammar, or spelling errors; Attachments or links that you were not expecting.

6. Report Suspicious Emails
If you ever receive an email that you believe to be fraudulent or suspicious (claiming to be from Bynav), please forward it immediately to our security team at en@bynav.com so we can investigate.

We take your trust and security seriously. Your vigilance is one of the strongest defenses against fraud. By following these guidelines together, we can help protect both your business and ours. If you have any questions or require verification, please do not hesitate to reach out to your contact at Bynav or through our official website.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

Sincerely,

Bynav (Hunan Bynav Technology Co., Ltd.)
