If you receive an invoice or payment instructions that differ from what you expect, please confirm by calling a known Bynav contact (using a phone number previously verified by you) before authorizing any payment.
 

4. Confirm Through Trusted Channels
If you are uncertain about the origin or legitimacy of an email or instruction, please contact us directly using contact information listed on our official website (www.bynav.com). DO NOT reply to or click on links in suspicious emails.
 

5. Be Alert to Red Flags
Some common warning signs of fraudulent or phishing emails include: Email addresses that are similar but slightly different from our official domain; Making transfers to countries or jurisdictions that are known to have a high incidence of financial-fraud risk; Urgent language demanding immediate payment; Requests for confidential or financial information; Unusual or incorrect logos, formatting, grammar, or spelling errors; Attachments or links that you were not expecting.
